1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentyl glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. With magnesium oxide, it stabilizes and thickens efficiently. It can be cured using ultraviolet lamps, offering superb glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speeds, and outstanding mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of magnesium oxide paste directly affect the thickening viscosity and thickening rate.Therefore, it is recommended to conduct small batch trials before use.thickening rate.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedby *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. If needing other light sources for curing, conduct small-batch trials in advance.in advance.
5. Storage:
1) Package the product in a black IBC tank or iron drum, as it contains an ultraviolet light initiator. Store the packaging drum in a dark place, ensuring it remains 100% opaque.
2) Transport must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months.
The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
