Product Name:UV-2301 UV-Curable Unsaturated Polyester Resin

1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is an exceptionally reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.With the addition of magnesium oxide, this resin achieves stability and thickening, and can be efficiently cured using ultraviolet lamps. It boasts excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties, making it an ideal solution for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste used, hence small batch trials are recommended prior to large-scale application.
2) UV2301 resin can be cured using both *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. For other light sources, conducting small-batch trials in advance is advisable.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums, as the resin contains ultraviolet light initiators. Packaging drums must be stored in a dark place and remain 100% opaque to light.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the container is sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry location at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, which decreases with rising temperatures.
