1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin..Formulated with magnesium oxide, it demonstrates stability and thickening properties, enabling ultraviolet lamp curing. It boasts excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) applications in sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of magnesium oxide paste directly affect the thickening viscosity and rate. Therefore, small batch trials are strongly recommended before usage.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. If alternative light sources are needed, perform small-batch trials in advance.thickening rate.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.

5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Since the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator, the packaging must be kept in a dark place and 100% opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, which decreases with increasing temperature.
