1. Brief Introduction:
Introducing UV2301, a premium, highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin..Enhanced with magnesium oxide for stability and thickening, UV2301 is cured using an ultraviolet lamp. It boasts superior glass fiber wettability, rapid curing times, and exceptional mechanical attributes. Perfectly designed for the ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

Note:The casting is prepared following GB/T8237 standards. Curing conditions involve a UV LED LS128 light with an intensity of 14mW/cm²
, for a duration of 5 minutes.
4 . Suggestions for use:1) To thicken UV2301 resin, use magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the type and quantity of the magnesium oxide paste used. Therefore, conducting small batch trials beforehand is highly recommended.
2) UV2301 resin is compatible with curing by both UV lamps and UV-LED lamps. If alternative light sources are required, ensure small batch trials are performed initially.
5. Storage:
1) Pack the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums to shield the resin's ultraviolet light initiator from exposure. Store the packaging in dark places where it remains 100% opaque.
2) Ensure transportation adheres to the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the product sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry environment at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, but note that storage time decreases as temperatures rise.
