Product Description: Curing System for GT Test

Changzhou Huake Polymers Co., Ltd. presents a high-quality curing system for GT test applications. Our hardener AKZO M-50 is formulated with a recommended dosage of 2% for optimal results.

Application Guide:

1. Ensure the surface of the original mold is dry, clean, and oil-free before spraying.


2. Use a dry and pressure-stable air source.


3. Stir the product well before use.


4. Recommended dosage of ketone peroxide is 1.0-3.0%.


5. Recommended ambient temperature for application is 15-35 °C.

Operation Procedure:

Note: Maintain an air source pressure of 20psi and an air flow of at least 0.6 cubic meters per minute when spraying with a paint spray can.

1. Prepare the surface according to the application guide.


2. Apply a thin layer of easy polishing primer on the mold surface, wait for evaporation, and repeat for desired thickness.


3. Dry sand with 220-320 mesh sandpaper, followed by 600-1200 mesh water sandpaper, and polish.

Storage:

1. Avoid exposure to heat sources and store in a dry place below 25ºC.


2. Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and maintain resin properties.


3. Transportation should comply with safety regulations due to flammability.
