Product Name: TPA base Unsaturated Polyester Resin - Duraset 3102PT
1.Description:
A PTA-based unsaturated polyester resin with medium reactivity. Available in both promoted and unpromoted versions, as well as thixotropic and low-styrene emission (LSE) grades.
This resin offers fast wet-out, low print-through, and excellent water resistance and mechanical properties. It is well-suited for open-mold applications such as hand lay-up and spray-up processes.
Approved by CCS (China Classification Society) for marine applications.
This resin complies with the relevant EU RoHS regulations, meeting limits on the content of lead, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs).

5. Instruction and attention.
1) The user shall select the corresponding type of resin according to the specific environmental conditions and construction process requirements.
2) A thixotropic resin. The thixotropic agent sometimes settles during storage. It needs to be stirred gently before use to make it disperse evenly again.
3) The product should be stored in a cool place below 25 ºC.Away from fire, isolate heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam. Ensure that the barrel is sealed to prevent moisture intrusion and monomer volatilization.
6. Storage.
1) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Stored in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Prolonged storage outside of recommended conditions can influence liquid resin properties like viscosity and gel time.
3) Transportation should fit the State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations". Because it contains styrene monomer, it is hazardous and inflammable.
