Product Name: HS-918 Solid Unsaturated Polyester Resin

1. Brief Introduction:

·HS-918 is a high reactivity, inter-polyethylene/neopentyl glycol type solid unsaturated polyester resin without active monomers and no crystallinity.

·It is suitable for use as a bonding component in non-woven fabrics and BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) materials. The cured products have good heat resistance and electrical properties.

·When mixed with other solid resins, it can be used in dry SMC/BMC molding products.

2.Major Applications:

Suitable for use in free flowing moulding powders. Moulded parts made of it have good mechanical properties with high water and chemical resistance.

4. Storage:

·The product should be stored in a cool place below 25°C, away from fire sources, isolated from heat sources, and sealed to prevent moisture.

·When the temperature is high, especially in summer, the solid easily agglomerates.

·Before use, heat the product to dissolve or crush it before dissolving for use.

·Shelf life is 24 months when stored below 25°C.
