1.Description:
TPA-based unsaturated polyester resin with medium viscosity and medium reactivity. It offers fast wet-out, excellent mechanical strength, good toughness, and improved water and heat resistance. Suitable for hand lay-up and spray-up processes. Widely used in sanitary ware, water slides, cooling towers, automotive parts, boats, and more.

Post cure condition: 24hrs at RT+3hrs at 60ºC + 2hrs at 100ºC.
4. Instruction and attention.
1) The user shall select the corresponding type of resin according to the specific environmental conditions and construction process requirements.
2) A thixotropic resin. The thixotropic agent sometimes settles during storage. It needs to be stirred gently before use to make it disperse evenly again.
5. Storage.
1) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Stored in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Prolonged storage outside of recommended conditions can influence liquid resin properties like viscosity and gel time.
3) Transportation should fit the State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations". Because it contains styrene monomer, it is hazardous and inflammable.
6.Shelf life.
3 months at 25 ºC for promoted version.
6 months at 25 ºC for un-promoted version.

This resin meets with the relevant standards of EU RoHS regulations on the content of lead, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers.
