1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.Enhanced with magnesium oxide, it maintains stability while thickening, can be cured swiftly by ultraviolet lamps, and exhibits excellent glass fiber wettability. Its rapid curing speed and superior mechanical properties make it ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and quantity of the paste directly affect thickening viscosity and thickening rate.Conduct small batch trials before full-scale application.2) UV2301 resin is compatible with *** and UV-LED lamps for curing. If other light sources are considered, please perform small-batch trials beforehand.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedby *** lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trialsin advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums, as it contains ultraviolet light initiators. Ensure containers are placed in dark locations and kept completely opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep containers sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is six months.
Storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
