1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Enhanced with magnesium oxide, it offers stability and thickening, is UV-curable, boasts excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speeds, and superior mechanical properties. Ideal for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and quantity of magnesium oxide paste directly influence the thickening viscosity and rate.Small batch trials are recommended before full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin is curable by *** and UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, preliminary small-batch trials are advised.
5. Storage:
1) Package in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect the resin's UV initiator. Ensure storage in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Transport should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Seal completely to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months.
Shelf life shortens with increasing temperatures.
