1. Brief Introduction:
UV-E2310 is a premium, styrene-free UV-curable resin, expertly stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, perfectly complemented by exceptional glass fiber wetting. It boasts outstanding performance, rapid curing rates, minimal odor, and superb mechanical properties. Certified as non-hazardous and safe for food contact, it is the optimal choice for in-situ UV-CIPP water supply pipe repairs, especially in styrene-restricted environments.

4. Suggestions for Use:

1) UV-E2310 resin can be effectively thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly influenced by the type and quantity of magnesium oxide paste used. Therefore, conducting small-batch trials prior to full-scale use is highly recommended. to ensure optimal results. So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV-E2310 resin can be effectively cured using mercury lamps or UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, preliminary small-batch trials are advised to assess suitability and performance.

5. Storage:
1) The product must be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums to block out UV light, as the resin contains UV initiators. Packaging must be kept completely opaque and stored in a dark environment.
2) Transport must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the container is sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry location at temperatures below 25ºC. The product has a shelf life of 6 months, decreasing with higher temperatures. The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
