1. Brief Introduction:HS-1520 is a high-performance NPGl type unsaturated polyester resin designed specifically for SMC/BMC applications. This versatile resin boasts high reactivity,
low viscosity, and exceptional coloring and thickening properties. Once cured, the surface remains uniformly flat with a high gloss finish, alongside outstanding water and heat resistance. Its robust mechanical strength and superior electrical performance make it ideal for use in electrical parts, industrial components, sanitary wares, automotive parts, and numerous other applications.

1) Method for curing follows GB/T 8237. Curing system: 0.6% Co-Naph: 1.5%,
AKZO M-50: 1.5%;
2) Post-cure: room temperature (24h) + 60ºC (3h) + 110ºC (2h).

4. Storage:
Store the product in a cool place at temperatures below 25ºC. Keep it away from open flames, heat sources, and ensure containers are sealed to prevent moisture, monomers, and volatile substances from intruding. Under ambient storage conditions at 25ºC, the shelf life is 6 months.
