1) UV-E2310 resin can be effectively thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and thickening rate are directly influenced by the specific model and quantity of magnesium oxide used. Hence, we recommend small batch trials to fine-tune the thickening process before large-scale application. thickening rate. So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV-E2310 resin is versatile and can be cured using both mercury lamp and UV-LED lamp. If other light sources are considered, conducting small-batch trials is advisable to ensure optimal curing results. by mercury lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trials in advance.

5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect the UV-sensitive resin. Ensure the packaging remains in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep containers sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, but storage time decreases with higher temperatures. The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
