4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be effectively thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The model and quantity of magnesium oxide paste used directly influence the thickening viscosity and rate.For optimal results, small batch trials are recommended before full-scale application.2) UV2301 resin is compatible with *** and UV-LED lamps for curing. If other light sources are to be used, small batch trials are advised to ensure compatibility.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect its ultraviolet light initiator. Keep the packaging drum in a dark place and ensure it is completely opaque.
2) Transportation must adhere to the State Council 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' to ensure safety.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, which decreases with increasing temperature.
