1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive isophthalate neopentylene glycol unsaturated polyester resin with medium viscosity.. Enhanced with magnesium oxide, it thickens stably and cures efficiently under ultraviolet light. This resin boasts superior glass fiber wettability, rapid curing, and impressive mechanical properties, making it ideal for UV-curing applications, including trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of paste directly influence thickening viscosity and rate.Conduct small batch trials to determine the optimal thickening conditions.2) UV2301 resin can be cured by *** or UV-LED lamps. If using alternative light sources, perform small-batch trials first.

5. Storage:
1) Package in black IBC tanks or iron drums to prevent UV initiator activation. Keep containers in a dark, opaque environment.
2) Follow State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' during transportation.
3) Avoid heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry area below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months, decreasing with higher storage temperatures.
