1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity, isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. . Stabilized with magnesium oxide, UV2301 offers remarkable thickening stability, superior glass fiber wettability, and impressive mechanical properties. This resin is ideal for ultraviolet lamp curing and exhibits a rapid curing speed, making it perfect for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) applications in sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

Note:The casting is prepared following GB/T8237 guidelines. Curing conditions involve UV LED LS128 light with an intensity of 14mW/cm2
, applied for 5 minutes.
4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are influenced by the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used. Therefore, conducting small batch trials before use is highly recommended.with the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity andthickening rate.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin is compatible with both *** and UV-LED lamps for curing. If other light sources are needed, ensure to conduct preliminary small-batch trials to verify compatibility.by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trialsin advance.
5. Storage:
1) To maintain product integrity, UV2301 should be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums. The packaging must remain completely opaque to protect the resin's UV-initiated components from light exposure. Store in a dark place.
2) Ensure transportation adheres to the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations" to guarantee safe handling.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep containers sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place with temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, which may shorten with higher storage temperatures.
The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
