1. Brief Introduction:HS-1520 is an NPGl type unsaturated polyester resin specially formulated for SMC/BMC applications. Boasting high reactivity,
low viscosity, and superior coloring and thickening properties. This resin ensures a flat surface finish with high gloss, outstanding water and heat resistance, exceptional mechanical strength, and excellent electrical performance. It's ideal for use in electrical components, industrial parts, sanitary fixtures, automotive parts, and various other applications.

1) Curing process performed as per GB/T 8237, using 0.6% Co-Naph: 1.5%,
AKZO M-50: 1.5%;
2) Post-curing: room temperature for 24h + 60ºC for 3h + 110ºC for 2h.

4. Storage:
Store the product in a cool place, maintaining temperatures below 25ºC , away from heat sources, and ensuring it is sealed to prevent moisture, monomer, and volatile substance intrusion. When stored properly at ambient temperatures below 25ºC, the product has a shelf life of 6 months.
