1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is an exceptionally reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin,stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide. It's curable by UV lamp, offering superior glass fiber wettability, rapid curing, and outstanding mechanical properties. Ideal for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) The UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and quantity of magnesium oxide paste directly influence the thickening viscosity and rate. Therefore, we recommend conducting small batch trials before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamps or UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, please conduct small-batch trials in advance.
5. Storage:
1) Package the product in a black IBC tank or iron drum, as the resin contains UV light initiator. Ensure the packaging is kept in a dark place, 100% opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life: 6 months, decreasing with higher temperatures.
