1. Brief Introduction:
Introducing UV-E2310, a revolutionary styrene-free, UV-curable resin that combines excellent performance attributes with environmental sustainability. Engineered for superior stabilization and thickening with magnesium oxide, this resin is designed to wet glass fibers efficiently, ensuring an optimal curing process. With benefits like rapid curing, negligible odor, and outstanding mechanical properties, UV-E2310 is a non-hazardous material certified for food safety applications. Perfect for in-situ UV-CIPP water supply pipe repairs and other uses where styrene is unsuitable.

4. Suggestions for Use:
1) To achieve optimal thickening, UV-E2310 resin should be mixed with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate directly depend on the model and quantity of the magnesium oxide paste used. Small-batch trials are recommended to fine-tune the mixing process before larger application. with the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity and thickening rate. So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV-E2310 resin can be effectively cured using mercury lamps or UV-LED lamps. If other light sources are preferred, it is crucial to conduct small-batch trials to ensure compatibility and efficacy. in advance.

5. Storage:
1) For optimal preservation, the product should be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums to safeguard the resin's ultraviolet light initiators. These containers must be kept in a dark environment, ensuring complete opacity.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations."
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the containers are sealed to prevent moisture absorption and the loss of monomers. Store in a dry location at temperatures below 25ºC, with a maximum shelf life of 6 months.
Note: Storage duration decreases as temperature increases.
