Product Name:UV-2301 UV-curable Unsaturated Polyester Resin
1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is an advanced, highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, this resin can be efficiently cured using ultraviolet lamps. It boasts exceptional glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and impressive mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste, with viscosity and thickening rate directly influenced by the model and quantity of paste used. Small batch trials are recommended prior to large-scale use.
2) UV2301 resin is compatible with both *** and UV-LED lamps for curing. For other light sources, preliminary small-batch trials are advised.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be stored in a black IBC tank or iron drum due to its ultraviolet light initiator content. The packaging must be kept in a dark place and remain 100% opaque.
2) Transportation must adhere to the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the product sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, decreasing with higher temperatures.
