UV-E2310 is a revolutionary styrene-free UV-curable resin, stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide to ensure optimal glass fiber wetting. Classified as a non-hazardous chemical with food certification, UV-E2310 is perfect for in-situ repair of UV-CIPP water supply pipes and settings where styrene use is prohibited.

4. Suggestions for Use:

1) UV-E2310 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and thickening rate are directly influenced by the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used. Small batch trials are advised before full-scale application. with the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity and thickening rate. So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV-E2310 resin can be cured by mercury lamp and UV-LED lamp. For other light sources, please conduct small-batch trials to ensure compatibility. in advance.

5. Storage:
1) The product must be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums to block UV light, as the resin contains a UV light initiator. Store the drums in a dark, fully opaque environment.
2) Transportation should adhere to the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Keep away from heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the container is sealed to prevent moisture and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months, which decreases as temperature rises. The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
