Product Description
Product Name: Epoxy Vinyl Ester Resin HS-4433
1. Brief Introduction:
HS-4433 is a regular bisphenol A epoxy vinyl ester resin which is used in the production of many kinds of FRP, such as concrete manhole, anti-corrosive lining, FRP tank, electrical insulating materials and frp mold. HS-4433 is suitable for hand lay-up, pultrusion, RTM, and filament winding process, etc. It also has good mechanical strength, toughness and great heat resistance and corrosion resistance.

4. Recommended using ratio(weight ratio):
1) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Stored in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Prolonged storage outside of recommended conditions can influence liquid resin properties like viscosity and gel time.
3) Transportation should fit the State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations". Because it contains styrene monomer, it is hazardous and inflammable.
1) Curing System: Accelerator KC: 1.5% ; hardener AKZO LPT: 1.5%;
2) Post curing: RT×24hrs +80ºC×4hrs(tensile and impact test); RT×24hrs +120ºC×4hrs(flexural, hardness and HDT test);
