1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. With the addition of magnesium oxide, it stabilizes and thickens efficiently. UV-2301 can be cured using ultraviolet lamps, offering excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties. It is ideal for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines and oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of magnesium oxide paste directly influence the thickening viscosity and rate. Therefore, small batch trials are recommended before full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using both *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If alternative light sources are required, small-batch trials should be conducted in advance to ensure compatibility.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Since the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator, the packaging must be kept in a dark place and completely opaque.
2) Transport must adhere to the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations."
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the product is sealed to prevent moisture ingress and monomer loss. Store in a dry location at temperatures below 25ºC, with a shelf life of 6 months. Storage time reduces as temperature increases.
