1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol-type unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, it cures rapidly under ultraviolet light, exhibiting superb glass fiber wettability, swift curing speeds, and outstanding mechanical properties. Ideal for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and thickening rate are directly influenced by the model and quantity of magnesium oxide used.Thus, small batch trials are recommended before full-scale use.2) UV2301 resin is curable by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. If alternative light sources are to be used, conduct small-batch trials in advance.
5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Since the resin contains a UV initiator, the packaging must be stored in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
Storage duration decreases as temperature increases.
