1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentyl glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.. Enhanced with magnesium oxide for stability and thickening, it cures under ultraviolet light, offers exceptional glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and outstanding mechanical properties. Perfect for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and amount of paste directly influence thickening viscosity and rate.Small batch trials are recommended before use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured
by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. If other light sources are used, pre-trials are advised.
5. Storage:
1) Package in black IBC tanks or iron drums as it contains UV light initiator. Keep storage areas dark and 100% opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.
3) Avoid heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC with a shelf life of 6 months.
Storage time decreases with rising temperatures.
