4. Suggestions for Use:
1) For optimal results, thicken UV-E2310 resin with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly influenced by the specific model and quantity of the magnesium oxide paste used. It is recommended to conduct small-batch trials to fine-tune the formulation. 2) UV-E2310 resin is compatible with both mercury lamps and UV-LED lamps for curing. However, if alternative light sources are to be used, it is advisable to perform small-batch trials beforehand to ensure compatibility. thickening rate. 5. Storage:
1) To preserve the integrity of the UV-E2310 resin, it should be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums since the resin contains an ultraviolet light initiator. The packaging must be kept in a dark environment and be completely opaque.
2) During transportation, compliance with the State Council's 'Chemical Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' is required.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Always keep the container sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC, ensuring a shelf life of up to 6 months. Note that the storage duration decreases as the temperature increases.
