1. Brief Introduction:
Introducing UV-2301, a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.Enhanced with magnesium oxide for stability and thickening, UV-2301 cures quickly under ultraviolet light. It boasts excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties, making it ideal for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

for 5 minutes.
4 Suggestions for Use:1) Thicken UV2301 resin with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate will vary based on the magnesium oxide paste model and amount. Conduct small batch trials before full-scale application.
2) Cure UV2301 resin using either *** lamp or UV-LED lamp. If using alternative light sources, perform small-batch trials beforehand to ensure compatibility.
5. Storage:
1) Package in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect the resin's ultraviolet light initiator. Store in a dark, completely opaque environment.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months, reducing with higher temperatures.
