Product Name:UV-2301 UV-Curable Unsaturated Polyester Resin

1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is an exceptionally reactive, medium-viscosity, isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. Infused with magnesium oxide, this resin offers stable thickening, cures efficiently under ultraviolet light, and provides superb glass fiber wettability, rapid curing time, and outstanding mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) The UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly influencedby the specific model and quantity of the magnesium oxide paste used.Thus, preliminary small batch trials are highly recommended before full-scale application.2) UV2301 resin can be effectively cured with either a *** lamp or UV-LED lamp. For other curing light sources, conduct small-batch trials
in advance to ensure compatibility.
5. Storage:
1) Ensure the product is packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums, given the presence of an ultraviolet light initiator. Packaging must be kept in a dark place and 100% opaque.
2) Transportation must adhere to the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations."
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the product sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
Note that storage time decreases as the temperature increases.
