1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin,stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide. It cures efficiently under ultraviolet light, offering excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing, and superior mechanical properties. Perfect for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer and oil & gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the model and quantity of the magnesium oxide paste used. Thus, small batch trials are recommended prior to application.
2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** lamps or UV-LED lamps. If you wish to use other light sources, please conduct small-batch trials in advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tanks or iron drums due to the presence of an ultraviolet light initiator. The packaging must be stored in a dark, opaque place.
2) Ensure transportation complies with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep containers sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, reducing with higher temperatures.
