1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity, isophthalate neopentylene glycol-type unsaturated polyester resin.. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, it cures efficiently under ultraviolet light, offering exceptional glass fiber wettability, rapid curing times, and outstanding mechanical properties. Ideal for UV-curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

, for a duration of 5 minutes.
4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly influenced by the model and quantity of magnesium oxide paste.It is advisable to conduct small-batch trials prior to full-scale application.2) UV2301 resin is curable using *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. For curing with other light sources, preliminary small-batch trials are recommended.

5. Storage:
1) This product should be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums, and kept 100% opaque due to the presence of ultraviolet light initiators in the resin. The packaging should be stored in a dark place.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the containers are sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry environment at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months.
Note: Storage duration decreases with rising temperatures.
