1. Brief Introduction:
Meet UV2301, a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol unsaturated polyester resin designed for efficient performance..Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, UV2301 excels in glass fiber wettability and provides rapid curing under ultraviolet lamps. This resin guarantees outstanding mechanical properties and is ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repairs (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Usage Recommendations:1) Enhance UV2301 resin with magnesium oxide paste, noting that the viscosity and thickening rate are influenced by the type and quantity of paste used. Conduct small-scale trials for optimal results.2) Cure UV2301 using *** lamps and UV-LED lamps. If alternative light sources are needed, preliminary small-batch trials are advised.

5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Since the resin contains a UV light initiator, ensure the drums remain in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid heat sources, including direct sunlight or steam pipes. Maintain sealed packaging to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC for a shelf life of 6 months.
Note: Storage duration decreases with rising temperatures.
