1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, this exceptional resin can be cured using an ultraviolet lamp. It offers excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties, making it ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

Note:The casting is prepared following GB/T8237 standards. Curing conditions include UV LED LS128 light intensity at 14mW/cm2
, with a curing duration of 5 minutes.
4. Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste used.Small batch trials are recommended prior to extensive use.2) UV2301 resin is curable by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. If other light sources are to be used, conduct small-batch trials in advance.
5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums due to the resin's ultraviolet light initiator content. Ensure the drums are stored in a dark place and kept 100% opaque.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the containers sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry location at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, but storage time decreases with higher temperatures.
