1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin,stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide. It cures rapidly under ultraviolet light, offering superior glass fiber wettability, fast curing speed, and excellent mechanical properties. Perfectly suited for UV curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and thickening rate are directly related to the type and quantity of magnesium oxide paste used.Therefore, conducting small batch trials before full-scale application is advised.2) UV2301 resin is compatible with *** and UV-LED lamps for curing. If alternative light sources are considered, preliminary small-batch trials are recommended.

5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums. Since the resin contains a UV initiator, it must be stored in a completely opaque container in a dark place.
2) Ensure transportation complies with the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations."
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep containers sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC, with a shelf life of 6 months.
Note: Storage time decreases as the temperature increases.
