1. Brief Introduction:
The UV-E2310 is an advanced, styrene-free UV-curable resin that excels in performance, offering rapid curing, minimal odor, and exceptional mechanical properties. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide and enhanced with glass fiber wetting, it stands out as a non-hazardous, FDA-certified chemical. Ideal for in-situ UV-CIPP water supply pipe repairs, it is perfect for environments where styrene is prohibited.

Note:The casting is created according to GB/T8237 standards. Curing conditions involve using UV LED LS128 with a light intensity of 14mW/cm² for 5 minutes.

4. Suggestions for use:

1) The UV-E2310 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The model and quantity of the paste directly affect the thickening viscosity and speed. It’s advisable to conduct small batch trials before full-scale use. Always test the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste to understand the impact on thickening viscosity and thickening rate. Therefore, conducting small batch trials is highly recommended.
2) The UV-E2310 resin can be effectively cured using mercury and UV-LED lamps. If alternative light sources are considered, ensure to perform small-batch trials to confirm compatibility in advance.

5. Storage:
1) This product should be stored in a black IBC tank or iron drum to protect it from UV light. The packaging must be kept 100% opaque and stored in a dark, cool place.
2) Transport according to the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations'.
3) Avoid heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the container sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry area below 25ºC with a shelf life of 6 months. Note: Storage time will decrease if temperature increases.
