Application Guide

1. Ensure the original mold surface is dry, clean, and oil-free before spraying.


2. Use a dry and pressure-stable air source.


3. Stir the solution well before application.


4. The recommended dosage of ketone peroxide is between 1.0-3.0%.


5. Operate within an ambient temperature range of 15-35 °C.

Operation Procedure

Note: Maintain an air source pressure of 20psi and an air flow of at least 0.6 cubic meters per minute when spraying with a paint spray can.

1. Prepare the surface according to the application guide.


2. Apply a thin layer of easy polishing primer on the mold surface, allowing for evaporation between layers.


3. After drying, sand with 220-320 mesh sandpaper, followed by 600-1200 mesh water sandpaper for a polished finish.

Storage

1. Avoid heat sources and store below 25ºC in a dry place.


2. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss.


3. Transport according to safety regulations due to the flammable nature of the product.
