Application Guide

 

1. Before spraying, ensure the original mold surface is dry, clean, and oil-free.


2. Use a dry and pressure-stable air source.


3. Stir well before use.


4. Recommended dosage of ketone peroxide is 1.0-3.0%.


5. Recommended ambient temperature is 15-35 °C.


 

 

Operation Procedure

 

Note: Spray with paint spray can, maintain air source pressure at 20psi, and air flow not less than 0.6 cubic meters per minute.

 

1. Prepare for spraying as per application guide requirements.


2. Apply a thin layer of easy polishing primer on the mold surface, wait for evaporation, then apply subsequent layers.


3. Dry sand with 220-320 mesh sandpaper, followed by 600-1200 mesh water sandpaper, and polish.


 

 

Storage

 

1. Avoid exposure to heat sources and store in a dry place below 25ºC.


2. Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss.


3. Transportation must comply with safety regulations due to containing hazardous and inflammable styrene monomer.
