Product Description:

 

UV2301 is a highly reactive and medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. When combined with magnesium oxide, it becomes stable and thickened, allowing for curing by ultraviolet lamp. This resin boasts excellent glass fiber wettability, fast curing speed, and outstanding mechanical properties. It is specifically designed for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines and oil and gas pipelines.

The casting is made according to GB/T8237; Curing conditions: UV LED LS128 light intensity 14mW/cm², 5min.

 

Suggestions for use:

 

1. UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. Conduct small batch trials to determine the optimal thickening viscosity and rate.


2. UV2301 resin can be cured by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. For other light sources, conduct small-batch trials beforehand.


 

 

Storage:

 

1. Package in black IBC tank or iron drum. Store in a dark, 100% opaque place due to the resin's ultraviolet light initiator.


2. Transport according to the State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations."


3. Avoid heat sources, direct sunlight, or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Store below 25ºC in a dry place with a shelf life of 6 months.
