1. Brief Introduction:
UV-E2310 is a premium styrene-free, UV-curable resin. This advanced resin can be stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, offering excellent glass fiber wetting. It boasts exceptional performance, rapid curing speeds, minimal odor, and outstanding mechanical properties. As a non-hazardous, food-certified chemical, UV-E2310 is ideal for in-situ repair of UV-CIPP water supply pipes, particularly in environments where styrene is contraindicated.

4. Suggestions for use:

1) UV-E2310 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The viscosity and thickening rate are directly related to the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used. Small batch trials are recommended to determine the best parameters for your application. 2) UV-E2310 resin is compatible with both mercury lamps and UV-LED lamps for curing. If you plan to use other light sources, please conduct small-batch trials to ensure optimal results.

5. Storage:
1) The product must be packaged in an opaque black IBC tank or iron drum to protect the resin, which contains UV light initiator, from light exposure. Store in a dark place, ensuring the packaging remains 100% opaque.
2) Adhere to the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' during transportation.
3) Prevent exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to avoid moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry area at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, which decreases as storage temperatures rise. The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
