1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin, designed for efficiency and high performance.. Enhanced with magnesium oxide for stability and thickening, UV2301 cures rapidly under ultraviolet light. It boasts excellent glass fiber wettability, making it ideal for the trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. It is crucial to understand the relationship between the model and quantity of magnesium oxide paste, and its effect on thickening viscosity and rate.Therefore, conducting small batch trials before full-scale usage is highly recommended.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using *** and UV-LED lamps. If other light sources are considered, it's advisable to perform small-batch trials in advance.

5. Storage:
1) Pack the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums to prevent exposure to UV light, thanks to its UV-sensitive initiator. Ensure the packaging is stored in a dark, 100% opaque environment.
2) Adhere to State Council guidelines on Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations for transportation.
3) Avoid heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the package sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry, cool place below 25ºC. Note that the shelf life is 6 months, diminishing with higher temperatures.
