1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin that stands out in its category.. Infused with magnesium oxide, it demonstrates stability and thickening properties. UV2301 can be cured using an ultraviolet lamp, showcasing exceptional glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speeds, and outstanding mechanical properties. This resin is ideally suited for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, as well as oil and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for use:1) To achieve desired results, UV2301 resin can be thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate directly correlate with the type and quantity of the paste used. Therefore, conducting small batch trials is highly recommended before full-scale application.2) UV2301 resin can be cured using either a *** lamp or a UV-LED lamp. If alternative light sources are required, it is prudent to perform small-batch trials beforehand.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect the resin, which contains an ultraviolet light initiator. The packaging must remain in a dark place to ensure 100% opacity.
2) Transportation must adhere to the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations."
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the product sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, though it decreases with rising temperatures.
