 DP-1125 -1 Unsaturated Polyester Resin

Principal Properties & Application:DP-1125-1 is an o-phenylene type unsaturated polyester resin with high reactivity, medium viscosity and good thickening stability. Its products are water-resistant, good toughness, good overall mechanical properties. It is used for the production of SMC/BMC products such as low-voltage insulation parts and water tanks.

Note:
1) Casting body sampling method according to GB/T 8237, curing system: 0.6% Co-Naph 1%, AKZO M-50 1%;
2) Post-curing treatment of casting body: room temperature × 24 hours + 60 ºC × 3 hours + 110 ºC × 2 hours.
 
Caution:
Transportation should be in accordance with the State Council "Regulations on the Safe Management of Dangerous Chemicals", Chapter V of the transportation and handling of dangerous chemicals. The product should be stored in a cool place under 25ºC, avoid fire, isolate the heat source, and keep it sealed to prevent moisture intrusion and volatilization of monomer. Shelf life is 3 months when stored under 25ºC.
