4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be effectively thickened using magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity andrate are directly influenced by the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used. Conducting small batch trials is highly recommended.2) UV2301 resin is compatible for curing with *** and UV-LED lamps. For other light sources, perform small batch trials in advance to ensure efficiency.So, small batch trials are recommended before use.
2) UV2301 resin can be curedby *** lamp and UV-LED lamp, if you need to use other light sources for curing, please do small-batch trialsin advance.
5. Storage:
1) Package the product in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect the resin, which contains an ultraviolet light initiator, from light exposure. Ensure the packaging is stored in a completely opaque and dark location.
2) Transportation must comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources, direct sunlight, or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. Shelf life is 6 months, decreasing with higher temperatures.
The storage time decreases with increasing temperature.
