1. Brief Introduction:
UV-E2310 is a revolutionary, styrene-free UV-curable resin, enhanced with glass fiber wetting properties and stabilized by magnesium oxide. This eco-friendly resin offers superb performance, rapid curing, and a virtually undetectable odor. It boasts excellent mechanical properties and is certified safe for food-related applications. Engineered for the in-situ repair of UV-CIPP water supply pipes, it excels in environments where styrene use is restricted.

Note:The casting is produced according to GB/T8237 standards; Curing conditions involve UV LED LS128 light with an intensity of 14mW/cm², applied for a duration of 5 minutes.^4.

Suggestions for use:

1) UV-E2310 resin is compatible with magnesium oxide paste for thickening. The viscosity and thickening rate depend directly on the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used. Therefore, it is advisable to conduct small batch trials to optimize the thickening process.
2) UV-E2310 resin is versatile and can be cured using both mercury and UV-LED lamps. If alternative light sources are preferred, we strongly recommend conducting small-batch trials beforehand to ensure compatibility.

5. Storage:
1) The product must be stored in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect its UV-sensitive initiator. Ensure the packaging remains in a completely dark environment and is 100% opaque.
2) During transportation, adherence to the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations' is mandatory.
3) Keep the product away from heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. It should be tightly sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry area with temperatures below 25ºC. The resin has a shelf life of 6 months, which diminishes with higher temperatures. The storage duration decreases as the storage temperature increases.
