1. Brief Introduction:
UV-E2310 is a premium, styrene-free, UV-curable resin, expertly stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide. Enhanced with superior glass fiber wetting, it boasts remarkable performance, rapid curing speed, and minimal odor. Distinguished by its outstanding mechanical properties, UV-E2310 is a non-hazardous chemical certified for food contact. This innovative resin is ideal for in-situ repair of UV-CIPP water supply pipes, especially where styrene is restricted.

Note:The casting conforms to GB/T8237 standards. Curing conditions require UV LED LS128 with a light intensity of 14mW/cm², sustained for 5 minutes.

4. Suggestions for use:

1) UV-E2310 resin can be thickened using a magnesium oxide paste. There is a direct correlation between the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste and the resulting thickening viscosity and rate. Therefore, conducting small batch trials before full-scale use is strongly recommended. 2) UV-E2310 resin is compatible with mercury lamps and UV-LED lamps. If alternative light sources are required, perform small-batch trials
in advance to ensure optimal curing. .

5. Storage:
1) The product must be packaged in a black IBC tank or iron drum due to the presence of ultraviolet light initiator. Keep the packaging drum in a dark, completely opaque environment.
2) Transportation must comply with State Council regulations for the safety management of hazardous chemicals.
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources like direct sunlight or steam pipes. Ensure the product remains sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months. Note: Storage time decreases as temperatures rise.
