1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is a highly reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin.Enhanced with magnesium oxide, this resin is stable and thickened, can be cured by ultraviolet lamp, offers excellent glass fiber wettability, rapid curing speed, and superior mechanical properties. Ideal for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines, oil, and gas pipelines.

4. Suggestions for use: 1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. There is a direct relationshipwith the model and amount of magnesium oxide paste on the thickening viscosity andthickening rate. Small batch trials are strongly recommended before use.2) UV2301 resin can be cured by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. If other light sources are to be used for curing, please conduct small-batch trials in advance.
5. Storage:
1) The product should be packaged in black IBC tank or iron drum, as the resin contains ultraviolet light initiator. The packaging drum must be placed in a dark place and kept 100% opaque.
2) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.'
3) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC. The shelf life is 6 months, decreasing with increasing temperature.
