1. Brief Introduction:HS-4430 is a kind of bisphenol A epoxy vinyl ester resin which is used in the production of many kinds of FRP, such as anti-corrosive lining, frp tank, electrical insulating materials and FRP mold. HS-4430 is suitable for hand lay-up, pultrusion and filament winding process, etc. It also has good mechanical strength, toughness and great heat resistance and corrosion resistance. It is one of the
premium resins ever designed for the marine industry.

3. Physical properties of casting(for reference only):
Note:
1) The casting is made according to GB/T8237-2005; Curing System: Accelerator KC: 1.0%;
Hardener AKZO LPT: 1.0%;
2) Post curing:RT×24hrs +80ºC×24hrs;
4 . Instruction and attention:1) In order to reduce the bubble and achieve a broad gel time scale, curing agent with low activity such as Butanox LPT produced by AKZO.
When used as overcoat layer (such an the outermost layer of pipeline and tank), paraffin must be added to ensure the expected curing degree.
2) The recommended addition is 300ppm(melting point 52~57ºC). At the same time, in order to employ the paraffin to the best advantage, the resin should have a short gel time (about 30 minutes).

5. Storage:
1) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Stored in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Prolonged storage outside of recommended conditions can influence liquid resin properties like viscosity and gel time.
3) Transportation should fit the State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations". Because it contains styrene monomer, it is hazardous and inflammable.
