Product Name: TPA base Unsaturated Polyester Resin

1.Description:

A PTA base unsaturated polyester resin.Medium reactivity with promoted (un-promoted version available) and Thixotropy.Fast wetting out.Lower print-out.LSE version available.It shows excellent water resistance and excellent physical property. it suit for open mold application such as  hand lay-up and spray up. It approved by CCS for marine application.
Widely used in marine,boat,yacht,leisure parts,engine cover, automotive parts, nacelle/spinner covers and cooling towers. This resin meets with the relevant standards of EU RoHS regulations on the content of lead, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers.

Post cure condition:room temperature×24h + 60ºC×4h + 100ºC×2h.

4. Instruction and attention.

1) The user shall select the corresponding type of resin according to the specific environmental conditions and construction process requirements.

2) A thixotropic resin. The thixotropic agent sometimes settles during storage. It needs to be stirred gently before use to make it disperse evenly again.

3) The product should be stored in a cool place below 25 ºC.Away from fire, isolate heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam. Ensure that the barrel is sealed to prevent moisture intrusion and monomer volatilization. 

5. Storage.
1) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Stored in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Prolonged storage outside of recommended conditions can influence liquid resin properties like viscosity and gel time.
3) Transportation should fit the State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations". Because it contains styrene monomer, it is hazardous and inflammable.

6.Shelf life.
