1. Brief Introduction:
UV2301 is an exceptionally reactive, medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol-based unsaturated polyester resin. Stabilized and thickened with magnesium oxide, this resin boasts rapid curing under ultraviolet light. It exhibits outstanding glass fiber wettability, accelerated curing speed, and superior mechanical properties. Ideal for UV-curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer, oil, and gas pipelines.

4 . Suggestions for Use:1) UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. The thickening viscosity and rate are directly related to the type and amount of magnesium oxide paste used. Conduct small batch trials prior to full-scale application.2) UV2301 resin is curable by *** and UV-LED lamps. If alternative light sources are required, small-batch trials should be performed beforehand.
5. Storage:
1) Package in black IBC tanks or iron drums to protect the UV-sensitive resin. Store in a completely opaque, dark environment.
2) Follow the State Council's "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations" for transportation.
3) Avoid heat exposure such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Keep the resin sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Store in a dry place below 25ºC with a shelf life of 6 months. Storage time decreases as temperature increases.
