Product Name:Epoxy Vinyl Ester Resin HS-4430
1. Brief Introduction:HS-4430 is a superior bisphenol A epoxy vinyl ester resin ideal for manufacturing various FRP products such as anti-corrosive linings, FRP tanks, electrical insulating materials, and FRP molds. With its versatility in hand lay-up, pultrusion, and filament winding processes, HS-4430 offers outstanding mechanical strength, toughness, excellent heat resistance, and superior corrosion resistance. It is one of the
finest resins ever crafted for the marine industry.
2.Technical Data Sheet for Liquid Resin:
Curing System in GT Test: Accelerator 0.6Co/Naph: 2%; Hardener AKZO LPT: 2%;
3. Physical properties of casting (for reference only):
Note:
1) The casting is made according to GB/T8237-2005; Curing System: Accelerator KC: 1.0%;
Hardener AKZO LPT: 1.0%;
2) Post curing: RT×24hrs + 80ºC×24hrs;
4 . Instruction and Attention:1) To minimize bubbles and achieve an extended gel time range, use a low-activity curing agent such as Butanox LPT from AKZO.
When applied as the outermost layer (e.g., pipeline and tank exterior), paraffin must be added to ensure optimal curing.
2) The recommended addition rate is 300ppm (melting point 52~57ºC). To maximize the paraffin's effectiveness, the resin should have a short gel time (approximately 30 minutes).

1) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Store in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture absorption and monomer loss. Prolonged storage outside of recommended conditions may affect liquid resin properties such as viscosity and gel time.
3) Transportation should comply with the State Council's 'Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations.' Due to the styrene monomer content, it is classified as hazardous and inflammable.
