Product Description

 

UV2301 is a highly reactive and medium-viscosity isophthalate neopentylene glycol type unsaturated polyester resin. When combined with magnesium oxide, it becomes stable and thickened, allowing for curing by ultraviolet lamp. This resin boasts excellent glass fiber wettability, fast curing speed, and outstanding mechanical properties. It is specifically designed for ultraviolet curing trenchless repair (CIPP) of sewer pipelines and oil and gas pipelines.

Suggestions for Use:

 

1. UV2301 resin can be thickened with magnesium oxide paste. Conduct small batch trials to determine the optimal viscosity and thickening rate.


2. UV2301 resin can be cured by *** lamp and UV-LED lamp. For other light sources, conduct small-batch trials in advance.


 

 

Storage:

 

1. Package the product in a black IBC tank or iron drum to protect it from light exposure. Follow safety regulations for transportation.


2. Avoid heat sources, direct sunlight, and moisture. Store in a dark, dry place below 25ºC with a shelf life of 6 months.
